Learn about wine at a tasting event with Brad Sharp, LASA English teacher and sommelier. This fun event will bring together up to 40 people on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will be co-hosted by the Phipps/Cannatti family, the Svahns and the Pintar/Ramsey family.
Maximum number of guests: 40. Price $50 per ticket Information regarding address and time will be emailed to the auction customers.
At this wine tasting party for adults only, you'll explore several wines under the expert tutelage of Mr. Sharp, and enjoy accompanying hors d'oeuvres tailored to the tasting.
Mr. Sharp is a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He's also a certified Specialist of Wines through the Society of Wine Educators, and until recently, when fatherhood put a few extra demands on his time, he served as the sommelier at Fonda San Miguel. While at Fonda, the restaurant won three Wine Spectator awards for its wine list and other recognition for the expert pairing of food and wine.
The evening is priced at $50 per person and is limited in size.
