The 3-bedroom 1.5 bath home is fully furnished, plus stocked with firewood and all basic supplies that you would need for a family of 6-8 (linens, towels, cooking supplies).  It has a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, espresso maker, laundry (washer/dryer), etc.  Enjoy the view and sounds of a river from the family room & deck.

Sunny, peaceful location across from an open meadow and river!  Great hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, etc. at Pine Crest Lake (2miles) from the house. The best part- all within 2-3 hours from Alameda!!!

Accommodations:

Main Level Bedroom – 1 queen bed

Downstairs Sm. Bedroom – Bunk Beds (two twins) & room for cot, pack ‘n play or kiddy tent (all provided)

Extra Large Downstairs Bdrm – 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed, plus room for cot, pack n play or tent (TV/DVD/VHS)

Family Room has wood burning stove, cable, loveseat, couch, chair, coffee table (newer than one than pictured).

Dining Room – sits 6 at table, plus 3 at bar/stools (larger groups can eat outdoors in mild weather)

2 Bathrooms – only one shower/tub (on main floor)
