Special Instructions
Terms: All gift certificates are for new clients or clients who have been inactive for 6 or more months. All participants must sign informed consent and policy forms. Class passes must be used in a 30-day period. "Mid-morning classes" are all classes that begin after after 7am. Failure to give 24 hours' notice of cancellation for a personal training session will result in forfeiture of that session. Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
