Several years ago Anthony Codispoti sought advice from a respected medical doctor and nutritionist in an effort to optimize his body’s performance. After running several tests, she prescribed numerous supplements based on the deficiencies she found.



He set to work scarfing down large quantities of expensive supplements for several months – and was excited to do so. He was following  a plan tailor-made for his body. However, his enthusiasm waned after a few months because he felt no improvement. To the contrary, taking so many pills multiple times / day actually made him feel like a sick person.



After additional research Anthony learned about the harsh production environments in which many supplements are made. High heat and chemicals can actually damage the beneficial compounds which are being extracted. This research led him back to the basic idea of getting more nutrition from whole foods. Rather than trying to isolate a single compound from a food and focus on consuming it in isolation, he began incorporating whole, nutritious foods into his diet. The way mother nature intended. With all the supporting micronutrients present in just the right amounts.



With his newfound focus on nutrient-dense foods Anthony set about trying a number of “superfoods” by mixing them into his morning smoothie. And one day he had the idea to try some green tea leaves in the blender too. What followed put him on a path that would eventually lead to the creation of Kiss Me Organics.



Over the course of several weeks, he found that adding Matcha to his smoothies gave him a noticeable boost in energy.
