The Silver Moon Drive-In Theatre features two screens showing double features seven nights a week, a full snack bar and sound via FM car radio or in-car speakers. The Silver Moon opened on April 14, 1948 and was the first drive-in theatre to open in Lakeland. The Silver Moon Drive-In Theatre is the last drive-in theatre in Polk County.
