Jessica specializes in cellar valuation, drinking window analysis and gap analysis of what your collection may be missing. She will teach you "when to hold" and when to enjoy and will provide tasting notes of the wines that you will select together and food pairing possibilities as well. She will provide a detailed tailored cellar map, where you can go as in depth as you like, down to region specificity or categorize by occasion, it's up to you!

This package includes 2 follow up appointments over the next year to evaluate your cellar and help you decide what is still needed.
