Aerial Yoga 

• Aerial Yoga combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in soft silk hammocks. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, you can playfully explore floating, inversions, fluid movements, and create space in your body without compressing your joints and spine. The feeling created in the body by a floating Savasana is exquisite! Start with a Beginner class, move to a Basic class, then fly at a higher altitude in an Intermediate/Advanced class.  See Aerial Yoga page for further information.


• Aerial Dance is beautiful creative movements suspended in air by silk hammocks.  It allows for three-dimensional choreography, freedom of movement and striking performances.  This class has a prerequisite of a Beginner or regular Aerial Yoga class.
