One Month of Martial Arts for Beginner (6 to 12 years)
A Freestyle Martial Arts class where kids learn punching & kicking as well as grappling. Additionally kids practice discipline, manners, respect, concentration and self-defense while enjoying fun, goal-oriented exercise. Classes meet 2-3 days per week.
