Mello Ciello Vineyard Experience for 8 at Ruby Hill:

This unique two-hour private tour begins at our tasting room where you board the Mello Cielo, our vintage style bus with 14 swivel chairs made out of old wine barrels.  Along the way you will learn the history of Ruby Hill Winery and visit our modern on-site production facility.  There you will see the wine making process from vine to bottle as undertaken by our wine maker, Jesse Plautz and his crew.  Throughout the tour you will sample our current vintages as well as some still aging in the barrel.  A sit down light food and wine pairing is included at our historic water tower.
