Co-founders Amy and Rachael created Metta Yoga to bring a yoga studio to Marin that is edgy and fun, but still deeply rooted in yogic tradition.  In the spirit of metta, or loving kindness, we created beautiful space for our community to come together and explore the practice of yoga-both on and off the mat.  We hope that Metta Yoga inspires you to live vibrantyly, compassionately and joyfully.
