This Rostov the Great Plate is a part of the Jewwls of the Golden RIng Series from 1991. It is porcelain with gold and other precial metals - lovingly painted there were only a few made in the series. This plate was painted by Yuri Leonidovich Dubovikov and measures 7 3/4"
