Learn to Make Soufflé au Fromage

Learn how to make a classic cheese soufflé as taught to (non-chef) Ellen Miller by her grandmother – with a little inspiration from Julia Child. The lesson is for one to four people at Ellen’s house in Pawtucket, R.I.

After you make the soufflé, Ellen will prepare and serve a simple soufflé supper (or lunch).  She will also leave you with written recipes for other soufflés both savory and sweet.
