Description

KIKU RESTAURANT was established in 1966 and opened in 1967, in Fort Lee, New Jersey. It was the first Japanese Steak House in New Jersey. The name KIKU means chrysanthemum and is the Imperial Emblem of Japan.

The menu consists of Hibachi Teppanyaki (years of skilled Hibachi chefs cooking before your very eyes), the delightful taste and art of making Sushi & Sashimi, and the world's fascination in Korean Cuisine (the famous side dish, Kimichi, pickled spicy Korean cabbage).

Mr David Shim, a renowned chef and with an International Chef Certificate, is the proprietor of KIKU Restaurant.

He believes that good healthy food aids the vital functions for well being, physically and mentally.
He is very proud to present his most beautiful and varied menu for your enjoyment.
