Certificate must be referenced when making reservations and original presented at check-in upon arrival (no photocopies accepted). Certificate has no cash value and any unused portion will not be refunded. Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All other incidental charges are the responsibility of the bearer and you may be asked to provide a credit card at time of booking reservation.
