Award winning portrait painter Richard James Cook has been an independent portrait painter for over 25 years. He is a life member of the Portrait Institute and alum of the Portrait Society of America.
Cook's portraits are varied; here, he is offering a single person portrait study, head and shoulders. It is a loose portrait, the entry level portrait.
