Experience a little bit of Tuscany and Napa Valley at Running Hare Vineyard in southern Maryland.

The certificate may be used for up to ten (10) people to enjoy a tour of their production facility and Tuscan Events Building, a barrel tasting, and a full tasting of all available wines. Bring a picnic and enjoy live music for a truly relaxing afternoon!

During harvest in the fall of 2007, Running Hare decided to become a commercial operation, and the winery opened its gates in August 2008. Since then, Running Hare Vineyard has expanded from a 550-gallon tank capacity to a 12,772-gallon tank capacity, and it has produced over 100,000 bottles of wine. They have won multiple regional and international medals for their wines, and they continue to increase production in order to keep up with the growing demands.

In 2015, they became the first farm and winery in the state to open a craft beer garden in the vineyard. Guests can now enjoy Calvert Brewing Company craft beer, as well as wine during the summer and fall seasons.
