Academy Dog Training by Haywood was conceived in May 1985, when the need was seen to provide quality, effective training for dogs. Haywood L. Perry Jr., the director, has extensive dog and people training experience, and is ever seeking to expand the scope and quality of services offered at the Academy. All trainers will assist in problem solving, proper nutrition, and grooming techniques for your breed of dog, and much more.
The Basic Obedience Training programs work on the foundations of learning. Teaching boundaries and impulse control is imperative in your young dog's learning. Building a strong foundation through motivation encourages dogs to keep striving to please their owners.
