Father/daughter Mann Chefs Edward and Zoe Cavalcanti will teach other fifth graders how to make homemade pizza.
Topics will include:
• Essential knife skills.
• How to make pizza dough.
• Why too many toppings are a bad thing.
Course includes lunch. No materials required; all participants will receive resources, and recipes to take home.

To be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Maximum of six (6) fifth graders.
Parents are welcome--but not required--to attend at no additional charge.
