Fern Hill  is located on a scenic estuary where the Bagaduce River flows into Penobscot Bay in Maine.  The Bagaduce estuary is a natural haven for seals, bald eagles, and other wild creatures, and a Mecca for kayakers. 

Fern Hill  is located just 4 hours north of Boston.  It is 45 minutes south of Bangor, just off Rt. 175.  From Fern Hill , it is a 20minute drive to Castine or Deer Isle, and 12 minutes to Blue Hill.  It is a 60-minute drive to Acadia  National Park, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor, and Northeast Harbor. 

Fern Hill accommodates 4.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed.  The loft bedroom has two twin-size beds.  Also includes a washer and dryer, wood burning stove, microwave, television, stereo and beautiful dock.
