Art lovers...where are you? You have to learn about Annemarie Sculpture, Garden and Arts Center in Solomons, MD! 

It is a Smithsonian Affiliate, situated on 30 acres that includes forests, fields, meadows, and waterfront views.  You might be thinking "Why does it matter what's outside the center"? 

Well, there is garden full of sculptures on loan from the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art. There is a wooden path "with surprises around every turn" including artwork both hidden and in plain view. There are two galleries that exhibit art from local, regional and national artists. 

Besides all of the sculptures and gardens there is a wide variety of activities for children.
