Awarded the 2010 Historic Preservation Award, The Bexton was constructed in 1881 by a Baltimore local, Charles Cassell.  Origianlly built as a residential hotel, it is a Queen Anne style and constructed of Baltimore pressed brick and Scotch sandstone.  The Brexton was renovated and reopened for business March 2010.
