Does your child love horses? This is a wonderful opportunity to "shadow" a large animal veterinarian for one day and learn what these incredible professionals really do.
A Kent Denver student or alum at least 16 years old will spend time with the staff at Littleton Equine Medical Center where it is their passion to provide the highest level of equine health care possible. This outstanding facility has 16 veterinarians and 19 technicians on staff to provide the very best in equine healthcare. With several surgeons and an in-house laboratory, the shadowing experience should provide unlimited opportunity to learn about this vocation.
Intern will also receive a goodie bag.

- RESTRICTED TO KENT DENVER STUDENTS AND ALUMS ONLY!
- Shadow days are Monday through Friday. Start time will be 8-8:30am. Finish time can be variable if scheduled in the field. If scheduled in the clinic, the shadow can leave whenever needed.
- Shadows will be observing only. There is no hands-on experience available due to insurance liability restrictions. The doctors welcome conversation and are happy to answer questions and explain procedures.
- Placing a bid on this item constitutes a contract to purchase the item at that price.
