One hour of math tutoring with Kent Denver Math teacher, Carl Horwitz.

Mr. Horwitz was drawn to Kent for a number of reasons, the biggest of which was the pedagogy of the math department. He began his career teaching in a “traditional” lecture model, then moved to a school that utilized investigations and real world applications. At Kent Denver, Mr. Horwitz finds he can use both approaches. Before coming to Kent Denver, he was teaching in San Francisco.
