The home has four bedrooms - a main floor master suite with king bed and three bedrooms in the walkout basement. One bedroom is a divided "bunk room" that can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a king bed with trundle bed in another of the basement bedrooms and the last room has a queen bed.
There is plenty of room to relax in the home’s two levels along with a ping pong table and a bumper pool table in the lower level. Enjoy the home’s hot tub after a day of fun. Go out to eat at one of the many area restaurants or stay in…. there is a fully equipped kitchen with 3 indoor areas to dine along with a grill on the deck.
The home has a three car attached garage with 2 spaces available and drive pullout for 2 cars.

- Four day, three night stay.
- Winning bidder must contact owner ASAP to negotiate dates within one of the following windows of time:

- Other dates may be available and must be discussed with the home owner.
- Expires October 1, 2018.
- Winning bidder is responsible for a $200 cleaning fee and trash disposal after-use.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Fifteen guests maximum.
