Specialties
Studio offers Flow, Hot yoga, Yin, and Gentle practices. Instructors are experienced and all are certified, some with Baptiste Certification. Attention to precision and breath are emphasized, inviting an increase in body strength & flexibility. Restore poses to calm body and mind are also part of each class. In addition to traditional studio yoga, we offer YOKE: outdoor yoga + hiking.
History
Established in 2010.
Hatha and Vinyasa style classes are offered in Basic, Intermediate and All Levels. All classes include restore poses to calm the mind and body.
