Lydia Fredrick grew up dancing with Trinity. She has been dancing for almost 13 years and teaching at Trinity for 3. Lydia hopes to use her newfound performing skills to further her success in her competitive dancing. She also strives to elevate her students and others around her through her passion for the art of irish dance.
