A Canton, Ohio Hall of Fame autographed mini-helmet from Paul Hornung. The helmet is autographed with his signature and "HOF '86." Hornung was the first receipient of the Heisman Trophy when he played college football and basketball at Notre Dame and was a Packer when they won the first Super Bowl in January, 1967.
