Rachel Simon, VP- Finance Shared Services started a grassroots initiative focused on Diversity and Inclusion.  It’s called DINE! which stands for:

• Discover differences


• Include one another


• Navigate new perspectives


• Eat!

Randall’s speech at the ERG conference encouraged everyone to think about diversity, challenge biases, and get to know each other’s stories.  Many people want to…they just don’t know how to engage in these sensitive conversations.  The concept of DINE! is a small lunch with just a few people that are all different from each other (different in any way…race, religion, gender, background, culture, upbringing...).  At lunch, everyone will openly share their backgrounds and the lens through which they view life.  This is a great way to network and learn about each other on a deeper level. 

This auction item is for a lunch in Dallas with Rachel Simon, you, and 4 colleagues of your choice.  Rachel will host, guide the discussion, and pay for lunch!
