The complex has two heated swimming pools, tennis court, classic shuffleboard courts, beach volleyball, High Speed Internet, a book library and DVD library. The two bedroom condo unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable Television, Blu-ray Player, and WIFI availability.
Casa Mar is minutes away from all of Sarasota’s recreational and cultural attractions. … dine at fine restaurants of great cultural diversity in the area , or spend an evening at the theatre, symphony, ballet or opera. … over 30 excellent public golf courses in the area. …spend the day fishing or boating on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From Casa Mar it is 150 minutes to the amusing world of Disney …a 60 minutes drive to Tampa attractions (historic Ybor City, Tampa Bay Rays, Buccaneers, and Lightning sports events) … a little over one hour’s drive to Fort Myers. Follow your Red Sox in Gulf Coast Florida. Choose the week of August 18th - 24th and see the Red Sox at the Rays August 24th or the week of August 25th through September 1st and be able to get yourself to the Red Sox at the Rays. August 25th or 26th. The trek is only an hour’s drive away in St. Petersburg. Check the 2018 National Hockey League schedule when it becomes available. There will be Tampa Bay Lightning games in Tampa beginning in early October through mid-December. Too early to tell but maybe the Bruins will be there. See the wonderful statue of Saint (to us old time Bruins fans) Phil Esposito, a founding influence of hockey in Gulf Coast Florida, right outside the hockey arena.

Restrictions/ Instructions on Successful Bidder Use: The successful bidder must be an adult of 21 years of age or older and must provide confirmation information to the condominium owners and to Lacey Realty, Inc., managers of Casa Mar.
The condominium unit is available for one week (seven continuous days) within the general span of time beginning August 4, 2018 and ending December 15, 2018, with the exception of the period of from October 20 through November 10, 2018. Exact, actual dates of occupancy must be worked out with the condominium owner.
The stay covers condominium accommodation only. The costs of transportation to and from the resort and all food, beverage and entertainment costs are the responsibility of the bidder.
Enjoy a week of fall vacation in what is this part of Florida’s best season. The heat and humidity of summer is gone, the days are comfortably warm, the Gulf waters still warm and inviting.
