Bid to receive for a Gift Certificate for 3 Tool Trainings, a prerequisite for Tinkering Club at reDiscover Center
Since 2004, reDiscover Center has worked with local businesses to divert scrap, overstock, and other materials from the trash stream and use them in art, environmental education, and tinkering programs. Basically, we have a huge pile of junk and we know what to do with it. Tinkerers in our programs make everything from wood scrap sculptures to life size super heroes, working go carts, and 8 foot tall art machines.
Make amazing things with us, every afternoon! Tinkering Club is an open studio for independent tinkering, classes, special activities, and Big Builds. Part of reDiscover Center’s Tinkering School L.A., Tinkering Club provides real tools and real materials. Our staff and volunteers create a safe environment for tinkering, as well as training and support in design, prototyping, construction techniques, and presentation.

Child must be 7 years or older.
For a youth’s first visit to Tinkering Club, a parent or guardian (over 18) must stay for the duration of the visit.
No one with open toed shoes, loose hair or clothing will be allowed in the workshop.
