Ever wonder how the sausage is made? Well find out for yourself at this fun culinary count-me-in event! Each ticket is $100.

We will grind meat, stuff casings, sample our product, and send everyone home with the fruits our labor. Beer, wine and nibbles will be served. Event runs approximately four hours and will be held in the Grace Cathedral Kitchen/Dining Room on Sunday, March 25, 2018.
