Gourmet Magazine menu includes tea sandwiches topped with smoked salmon, egg and cress and cucumber alongside scones with raspberry jam and clotted cream, stemmed strawberries, fancy sandwich cake, gingerbread bundt cake with lemon glaze, date walnut loaf, brandy snaps, and rasberry and lemon cream tartlets.
