Description

This item consists of moose horns donated by Bob Tweedie.  These unusual horns were found by Gordon Tweedie, Bob's Dad, about 40 years ago.  He saw crows an ravens circling so he went over to investigate and found a carcass.  The horns are different in that even though they have a 36 inch spread, they have no palms.  This animal was at least 3 years old and typically would have developed antlers with palms.  These horn hung in the Mars Hill Shippers office for many years.
