Spend Spring Break at Purgatory Village in Durango, Colorado for the week of March 9-16, 2018. The unit is in the Kendall Mountain Building, the building with the tall tower on the corner.The building is at the base of the slopes and you walk to the lifts. Very convenient. It is a small unit, on the 3rd floor, that will sleep 4 with a sleeper sofa, murphy bed and a kitchenette.

Ski rental is available at the mountain or one can rent in town. The advantage of renting at the mountain (despite a little higher price) is that if you want to take a couple of days off or have equipment malfunction the rental place is right there instead of 30 minutes away. Take the elevator to the first floor and walk across the open area for lift tickets and a ride to the top of the mountain. We must have an adult in the unit. This is not for a high school senior get away. Sleeping arrangements are cramped but you want to be outside or at one of the excellent restaurants downtown. You can check out on the 16th, put your stuff in the car and ski all day if desired. There are signs to the check in area. When checking in ask about parking.
