Parabola Party? Experience a place where math and beauty meet. Amaze your friends by learning how to make beautiful curved shapes using only straight lines. This parabola party is ideal for students in grades 2-4, who love to draw, and would like to learn some fancy geometry tricks. Depending on the interests of the group, circle designs might also be created, using compasses. Each participant will leave the party with a few new math tools and a collection of beautiful designs. 

This party will be 2 hours in length and will take place in Dr. Lewis' classroom on a date and time mutually agreeable. The parabola party is for a group of 2-6 students.
