Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts. Aerial Fitness allows for the freedom for the different design of body types, personality types and in different levels of challenge for reviving or restoration. 1 hour private lesson will include stretching and aerial instruction.
Shannon Beach has had the pleasure of touring as a Dancer/Aerialist with Cher, Pink, Britney, Leona Lewis and Taylor Swift as well as working with Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Usher, Christina Aguilera, Black Eyed Peas, Leann Rimes and 50 Cent on a multitude of Award shows. She had a featured part in the film "Burlesque" partnering with Alan Cummings, was a Celebrity Trainer on NBC's "Celebrity Circus" and was part of the Original Broadway Cast and 1st National Tour of "Saturday Night Fever". The art of creativity is endlessly inspiring and she's been blessed with a lifetime of fulfilling her passion by doing what she loves!
