Each class is separated into 3 circuits of 3 Exercises (performed for a minute each), that you will complete 3 times. Why repeat the same exercise 3 times? It often takes a minute to truly master proper form. We want you safe and working efficiently! So, first round of the circuit is all about getting form down, second is about getting stronger and the third time through is about crushing the exercises.
