Experience water exercise like never before. Therapeutic exercise training and hands on stretches provided by Michelle McLafferty, a chiropractor and aquatic therapist with over 10 years of experience. The session will include water exercise, Tai Chi, Pilates-type core stability training, as well as assisted stretching, floating massage and manual bodywork. No swimming skills needed. Head and hair stay out of the water, if desired. Session provided at her warm outdoor pool or she will travel to the pool of your choice.
