Djamel grew up in Normandy where he was a pastry chef for 10 years. The winning bidder will will be treated to a creative and lovely French-themed dinner for four in the winner's home. Djamel will offer teaching techniques if you wish. Some recipes may require extra preparation time, and Djamel is willing to explain on site.
