'Rose Bouquet' is a lovely framed watercolor of 6 pink roses in an elaborate glass vase.  It is approximately 15" by 23" in size, framed.  The roses are on a green background standing on a brownish table.

Mary Kosowski, the artist, is a graduate of the RI School of Design and has a master's degree in teaching from R.I. College.  She belongs to many museums and galleries and is presenting as a 40-year member of the Providence Art Club.  Over the years she has had shows all over New England and won prizes.

One of her watercolors is of a Brenton Pt. back in the 1940's when the landscape was empty with a run-down mansion in the distance.  This watercolor entitled 'The Reef' is now in the Newport Historical Society's collection.
