This is it! A beautiful, fully updated villa located mid-island in Kiawah East Village. This villa is designer decorated for comfort and relaxation. Located on a quiet street, the villa overlooks a peaceful lagoon where the island's natural wildlife can be observed.
Kiawah's ten miles of beautiful beaches is only a two-minute walk from your front door. This villa is located with easy access to Night Heron Park and Pool, the Wild Life Center, and The Sanctuary, which is SC's premier 5-star hotel complex.
Children can easily follow the bike path located right outside the villa and never enter a street as they head for these attractions. The same bike bath leads you to Town Center, The Sanctuary and East Beach Conference Center. All are within an easy walk or a five minute bike ride.
Terms and conditions: summer/spring break blacked out Valid Sep-Dec 15th + Jan + May 2018 + Sep/Oct 2018 Holiday periods balcked out. Dates confirmed 90 days or less from check in. Taxes paid upon check in and based on regular rate for time stayed +$150 cleaning fee.
