Newly remodeled Guest house with New Windows, Carpet, Tile in Kitchen and Bath, Cabinets, counters, sink, dishwasher, disposal, ceiling fans, etc. This guest house has been updated to accommodate 4 people, using a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is a small 500Ft. guest house on its own lot with a side patio complete with gas grill, lounge chairs and off street parking. It is in the downtown historic district of Delray Beach on its own lot with tropical fruit trees. A half mile to Atlantic Avenue shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the beach.
