The Poney house is a Victorian home built in 1885 that we are restoring in the Historic Washburne district of Springfield Oregon. 4 bedroom/ 4 1/2 bath home close to 2 rivers, bike paths, bus lines and many beautiful sites to see in nature as well as cultural events. We are 3 1/2 miles from a very popular, large university in Eugene Oregon (University of Oregon). Though the home is in a neighborhood, we are Urban Farmers.We have a double lot with gardens, (soon to have) chickens and bees. My husband and I have hosted international students and guests for over 30 years and enjoy the exchange of culture. We are musicians, and enjoy cooking, art, music, remodeling, bike riding, hiking and volunteering in our community. Valid unitl 9/15/18 - Sun-Thurs during summer periods. Black outs include all major Holiday periods. Dates confimed 75 days from check in and summer dates 30 days from check in. Taxes paid upon check in and based on the actual room rate.
