New Smyrna Beach is a quaint 'Old Florida' beach town, located on a barrier reef, between Ponce Inlet and Cape Canaveral Park. 'No Outlet To The Mainland' (for cars going north and south) means New Smyrna Beach is 'Less Travelled' in comparison to other beach towns.

Situated on an Indian River canal beneath a shady canopy of live oaks, this spacious, affordable, and ideally located two-story vacation home, (incl. Guest House), offers complete privacy for one or two families (in three living areas), and is just an eight minute walk to your uncrowded 'traffic free' beach. 

Relax in the hot tub, swim in the pool, walk to the beach, explore the back bay, enjoy a drink at the bar, or play a game of pool; the choice is yours.

 Package also includes surf or sup lesson for two in nearby Daytona Beach!

Terms of service: 7 nights - Valid April 15th-June 15th 2018 + Aug 15- Nov 15th 2018 no events/holidays dates confirmed 90 days or less. Cleaning fee and taxes paid upon confirmation of dates. Taxes based ona actual regular rate.
