This beautiful jungle house gives one the ability to enjoy the privacy that Costa Rica’s jungles have to offer, while at the same time, the easy access ensures that clients Cusinga photographed in the front yard.are still close to the beaches, hiking and wildlife. Howler monkeys, toucans and lapas have been seen from this house. The home rests 75 feet above a creek offering year round relaxing sounds. The 200 year-old pavel trees that can be seen and hiked to from the home are amazing (takes 4-6 people holding hands to reach completely around the base of the trees).

Las Villas de San Buenas is perfectly located in the southern pacific region of Costa Rica in the relaxed town of
Perfectly located one hour south of Quepos, 30 min south of Dominical and 10 min south of Ojochal and amazing beaches. We are also only 5 min away from a new medical center.
San Buenaventura (in Google Maps type in ‘San Buena, Costa Rica’). We are an easy 1 mile east (towards the mountains/away from the ocean) off of the Costanera Highway/Highway 34.
The turn-off from the Costanera Highway is located between kilometer marker 186 and 187. You will see a bus stop and our large billboard sign next to the bridge as you head south.
Simply follow the signs that are placed in town to arrive at the guard house. It is an easy, flat, drive and you will NOT need a large SUV or 4×4 traction to get here (a great benefit compared to most other developments in this area of Costa Rica).
Terms: Valid from now- Nov 15th 2017 + June to Nov 20th 2018 dates confirmed 90 days or less from check in. Cleaning fee of $150 and taxes paid upon check in.
