Certs are for a 3 night/4 day based on double occupancy. Do not include airline tickets. TheyCannot be modified, extended or combined. Cannot be used for holiday travel, weekend, and high season reservations will encounter a small surcharge that will cover the difference between high and low season rates. Hotel Taxes, Resort fees and gratuities are $50 per person per day. A $25 registration fee is payable in cash per person.
Terms and Conditions
1. This All Inclusive Vacation Passport offer is valid for two persons based on double occupancy. Accommodations are all inclusive for 4 days Additional nights are available upon request at <image005.jpg>special rates.
2. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver¿s license and a major credit card. For travel outside the United States, travelers need proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. U.S. resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non U.S. aliens need a valid passport and valid U.S. Multiple Re-Entry Visa. U.S. resident aliens and non U.S. aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents. Offer valid for residents of the U.S. and Canada only.
3. To receive your All Inclusive Vacation Passport you must complete the attached Registration Validation Form and return via U.S. mail within 30 days of the Issue Date indicated. The All Inclusive Vacation Passport offer expires 13 months from your activation date and all travel must be completed by that date.
4. Once your Registration Validation Form is received, your All Inclusive Vacation Passport package will be mailed to you. This package includes your Reservation Procedure Information, Bonus Coupons, and the toll free Passport number.
5. All reservation requirements in this certificate must be met. A minimum of 60 days advance notice is required to process your request. Traveling guests are responsible for hotel taxes, resort fees and gratuities (approximately $50 per person per day). These fees must be paid immediately via credit card, cashier¿s check or money order once your travel request has been reserved and confirmed.
6. This program is for promotional use only and cannot be sold to the end user and cannot be redeemed for cash. Your All Inclusive Vacation Passport is non-transferable after activation without the prior expressed written consent of Passport to Travel.
7. Airline tickets, airport transfers, parking and miscellaneous expenses are not included. Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be purchased through Passport to Travel.
8. Hotel stays are available on selected dates with an additional charge per person for weekends, high and peak season, if and when available. Not applicable for holiday travel. Offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability. Locations and properties are subject to change.
9. Only one All Inclusive Vacation Passport certificate per household may be used in an 13-month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package.
10. This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. The voucher number and issue date on the Registration Validation Form must be completely filled out by the participating sponsor to validate your All Inclusive Vacation Passport.
11. Passport to Travel is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control, causing the package to become unavailable. Passport to Travel reserves the right to substitute the components of the vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require.
12. Cancellation and change fees will apply once your reservation has been booked and confirmed.
13. Registration/Processing fee of $25 per person ($50 total) is refundable as a travel credit.
