Before joining the regular classes, we require new members to go through our CrossFit Prep Course. These 4 private lessons introduce new CrossFit movements, skills, and knowledge in a safe one-on-one environment.
The CrossFit Prep Course is open to ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
The lessons can be scheduled any time you and a Coach have free time.
