Looking for a 19th Century Parisian pied a terre for a vacation getaway? Welcome to 22 rue de Navarin. This charming apartment, located in the 9th arrondissement (Right Bank), has one bedroom, a comfortably furnished living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a gated building (2 flights up) and is recommended for no more than 2-3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 small children.

The bedroom has a king bed that converts into two twins. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two more guests. The living room is also equipped with a non-functional fireplace (it is actually illegal to light fires in
Parisian chimneys), a table that folds out to seat 4-6 people, bookshelves stocked with guidebooks and maps of Paris, cable television, Bluetooth wireless speaker and free WiFi.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. There is also a combination washer / dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals and snacks at home.

LOCATION
The apartment is in the heart of Paris within walking distance of
Montmartre (5-10 min), the Moulin Rouge (5 min), Opera and
Galleries Lafayette (15 min). Just down the street is rue des
Martyrs which is filled with popular restaurants and all kinds of
shops—from bakeries to shoe shops. At the other end of
rue de Navarin is a lovely tree-lined square called Place Toudouze.
