Description

Enjoy a 2-night stay for 6 at the Church House in Red Wing, MN. This church was assembled in the late 1880s during Red Wing's rapid growth as a trade and manufacturing hub along the Mississippi River. In the mid-2000s, a couple with a passion for renovation took to remodeling the church into a second home!  Nearly ten years later, this is the result. Virtually everything has been remodeled including a finished basement.

This was a journey of many years and projects, beckoning the nickname "Our Lady of Perpetual Projects!" With Quilting and Scrapbooking groups falling in love with this place, we think the name is fitting. However, we call it the Church House.

With open layout and preservation of the original beauty of the property, this 4500 sq ft, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath oasis opens up under 22 ft stamped ceilings.

This is a truly unique opportunity for families, scrapbookers, quilters and questers to either kick back in a sanctuary, enjoy historic Red Wing or explore the Mississippi river areas and its state parks, water fun, ski resorts, casinos, etc.—something for every season!
