Enjoy "Bollos Venezolannos" cooked by ISLA teachers Thairys Rodriguez and Jackie Rojas!  These can be cooked in your home to host a dinner party or delivered to your home.  These traditional Venezuelan Bollos (corn meal dough with chicken or beef "guiso" inside) will be served with "guasacaca" and "suero" which are similar to homemade guacamole and sour cream.  Date and time can be will be arranged with winner.
